Treasuries are still headed for their best week in three months on speculation

U.S. securities handed investors a loss of 3.2 percent since March 31, according to Merrill Lynch & Co.’s U.S. Treasury Master Index. The MSCI Asia Pacific Index of regional shares added 1.3 percent today.
