Czech Budget Deficit Widened In July To CZK76.16 Bln

The Czech state budget deficit widened to 76.16 billion koruna ($4.24 billion) in the first seven months of 2009, from CZK68.26 billion in the six months to the end of June, as expenses outpaced collection of tax revenues in the ongoing recession, the Finance Ministry said Monday.
